The Exploratory Branch is responsible for the vast majority of off-campus programming put on by CPB.  Consisting of the Directors of Interactive, City, and Off-Campus, the Exploratory branch coordinates fun, hands-on activities often relating to the greater L.A. area. These events include, but are not limited to, on-campus roller skating, whale-watching, and Disneyland.

INTERACTIVE

WHAT WE DO:

The Director of Interactive Program is responsible for coordinating all interactive programs that relate to learning new skills or that have a competitive element. Some of the past events include an on-campus escape room, murder mystery party, casino nights, dining in the dark, etc. The majority of the events happen on campus, with the purpose to instill a sense of belonging and community for all CMC students.

These events may include, but are not limited to interactive parties, games, competitions, etc. Past events include Wigs and Wings Wednesday, Boba-Making, and more!

OFF-CAMPUS

WHAT WE DO:

The Director of Off-Campus Programming is responsible for coordinating all off-campus programming activities in the greater LA area and creative engagement online, often in collaboration with the CMC community. These events may include, but are not limited to amusement parks, museums, festivals, and other activities happening in and surrounding the greater L.A. County

On-campus, the Director of Off-Campus Programming hosted trips to Knott's Scary Farm, a Dodger's game, the Millennium Dance Complex, and Disneyland. Recently online, they hosted a Podcast Making Workshop and co-hosted a Music Bingo Night with ASCMC.
